Need Pictures for Ward Social!
We are trying to put together a picture slide show to show at the Ice Cream Social on June 11th, to help us all recognize each other! If you have not gotten your picture taken by Sister Kirby, please send Edie Atkinson or Carley Humpherys a picture of your family so we can put you in the slide show. Or if you have any recent pictures of primary, relief society, young men, young womens, working at the stake gardens, ETC... please email them or get us a CD copy of the pictures so we can include them. We would love to have your families and various ward activities and groups in this slide show and we need your help to make it successful! Thank you so much! Any questions contact Edie Atkinson or Carley Humpherys!

Summer is coming and the sun makes those kids grow like weeds. We will be doing a Corps Summer Clothing Distribution for approximately 300 children. Dates:
June 7 – Set up Day
June 8 – Clothing will be sorted by size and gender and bagging will begin for the individual children.
(This will be the time we need the most volunteers)
June 9 – Bagging of clothing will be completed
* Each corps will be responsible for transporting bags to their corps and distributing to the individual families.
Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (with a lunch break from 12:00pm – 1:00pm)
Contact: Volunteer Coordinator Sharon Robinson via email

Girly Play House
I have a large play house that I am looking for a new home for. It is about 5' x 6' and the inside is about 5'6" tall in the middle. It has 3 working windows with flower boxes and also a mail box. The door is about 3 feet tall. It needs a few minor fixes as you can see in the pictures, I have the pieces they just need to be glued or nailed on, and a little cleaning. You would need a large trailer and probably, at the least, 4 men to move it. Please let me know if you are interested. It was given to us by a friend and we are not asking anything for it.
You can respond to me directly at T2wilso@msn.com
Thank you

June Book Club
For June we will be reading Hunger Games and Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins. We are doing both books because you can't read the first one with out DYING to read the second one. It would also be really difficult to discuss one with out talking about the other. Just make sure you read them in order! Hunger Games is first, so start there.
We will meet Thursday, June 3rd at 8:30 pm. Host is TBD.
Happy reading!

Women's size 4 Brown lace up shoes?
Does anyone have a pair of old women's size 4 brown lace up shoes I could borrow? My daughter is an orphan in the school play and she needs a very bad looking pair of shoes. We can give them back in two weeks when she is done. :)
THANKS!

Cookbook Clarification
I was looking at the Ward cook book at a recipe that I submitted. It's the Gullivers Corn recipe in the veggie section, I needed to make a clarification. It says to use 1 lb bag of sweet frozen corn and 1 lb bag of yellow corn. But it should say OR, you only need a 1lb bag of corn for this dish. If they use two pounds of corn it will not turn out right.
