HELP NEEDED
We are still working on our goal of putting together 50 hygiene kits for the youth homeless shelter here in Centerton, Youth Bridges. This shelter houses homeless youth from the ages of 10-18 and is in need of these hygiene kits. Many times the kids show up without much to call there own.
Here are our current totals:
Girls Deodorant 5
Boys Deodorant 4
Toothpaste 14
Toothbrushes 16
Shampoo 11
Conditioner 6
Soap 39
Hand Towels 6
Wash Clothes 2
Hair Combs/brushes 22
A BIG THANK YOU to all those who have donated these items. As you can see we are still very short of our goal of 50 items. If you are able to help, please bring new donations to church on Sunday to put into the donation box by the Relief Society room. Feel free to make this a family effort.
We will be working making bags to put the items in on Feb. 24th at the church from 7-8:30 pm. We will also be assembling the bags at the Stake Humanitarian Day on March 12 from 9-2 am. All are welcome to come and participate in other stake wide service projects that day.
Thank you for your donations we can make a big difference in our community when we work together.

VALENTINES CONCERT POSTPONED
This afternoon we consulted with local authorities regarding weather, travel and closings during the upcoming storm. Given all that we experienced last week, and the predictions for this storm, we are postponing the Heart Strings Benefit Concert to a date in late April. Orchestra Boosters is working with Nate Robinson so that we can provide the city with the same high quality concert. We will make everyone aware of the event details as they become available.
Sincerely,
Jill Eng

BOOKGROUP CANCELLED :(
Ladies,
After a lot of snow and a lot of thinking, we are going to cancel book group this month. Thank you Megan Gibson for being willing to host it. We will stick to our current schedule and do the Seventeen Second Miracle later in the year.
We will meet next month at Kristen Cornelson's house on March 3rd. We will be discussing "The Color Code" by Taylor Hartman. This will be a fun discussion on our personalities. Come join us and bring a treat to share if you want.
Happy reading and stay warm.
