Family Fun at the Ballpark!!!

Save the date for some Family Fun at the ballpark! 

Come support the NWABYU Management Society on Tuesday, August 30th at 7pm at Arvest Park.  Bring your Family, Friends and invite your neighbors to see the NWA Naturals!

3 Great reasons for bringing YOUR Family and Friends to the game:

1. FREE ADMISSIONS!  All kids under 3 (who sit on a lap) get FREE admission.
2. FAMILY FRIENDLY!  Take the kids to the playground behind the outfield for the 7th (or 2nd) inning stretch.
3. FUND SCHOLARSHIPS!  A significant portion of ticket price goes to the NWA BYU Management Society for scholarship funding (in addition to the publicity for the Society with a scoreboard welcome!)

All tickets are $8 each.  We need your commitment (and preferably your payment) for the tickets by August 29th so make plans today!

Football Players Needed

7 more football players are needed for a local football team.  This is for 6th & 7th grade age boys.  The cost is $70, which includes helmet and pads, and all that would be needed to purchase is a mouthguard and pants. There are also scholarships available to cover the cost of the fee. There is only one more week of registration. Please contact Angela Bithell at  405-324-9550 for more information.

NWA Emergency Preparedness Fair Tomorrow!

Don't forget that tomorrow is the NWA Emergency Preparedness Fair at the Stake Center on McCollum Rd.  It begins at 9:00 am and ends at 2:00 pm.  Also don't forget about the Blood Drive!  Everyone can save a life, Donate Blood!  Click NWA Preparedness Fair! for more information!

BOYS HIP HOP AND TUMBLING CLASS

There has been a large interest in an ALL BOYS HIP-HOP/TUMBLING CLASS!

If there are enough enrollments, we will officially add to the schedule an
ALL BOYS HIP-HOP/TUMBLING CLASS Ages 3-5 yrs. on WED.s @ 3:30 - 4:25 PM

**Please give your feed back as to whether or not this time works well or if an earlier
time or another day would work better.

I am getting ever more excited as the start date of classes draws closer of getting to teach & really know your dancer!

WARD ACTIVITY TONIGHT

Our ward activity will be held on TONIGHT. We will be meeting at 7:00 pm at the church to enjoy yummy ice cream and socialize!


We will have lots of YUMMY ICE CREAM and toppings to sample and eat- homemade ice cream, a variety of store bought flavors, ice cream cakes, and sherbert.

Don't forget that we will also be collecting donations for the local school "Snack Packs." These snack packs are sent home from local schools on Fridays with children who will not be getting a meal because of financial circumstances. The schools collect donations to keep these kids from going hungry during the weekend. Please consider bringing any of the following items to donate to this great cause:

Cheese crackers
Ramen Noodles
Animal Crackers
Juice Boxes
Fruit and Cereal bars
Fruit snacks
Fruit Cups
Pretzels
Pudding cups
Mac and Cheese
any INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED food item that does NOT contain peanut products

John Harris Bird

was born on August 10th. 

He weighed 8 lbs and was 18 inches long at birth.

Fordham Paul Schofield 

was born today, August 16th. 

He weighs 8 lbs 14 oz and is 20.5 inches long
