Looking for Renters for Duplex

We are starting the process of buying a home, but can only be released from our lease if we find replacement tenants. They wouldn't have to fulfill our lease, they could be month to month or whatever works for them. Our closing date will be around the end of August so our duplex would be available in September.

829 Meadowlands Dr. Centerton.
$600/month, $600 deposit, $500 non-refundable fee for pets

All Brick about 1450-1500 sq ft, 3 Bedroom/2 Bath 1 Car Garage

Large open plan living area, and large communal grass area behind

We have been the only tenants since it was built 3 years ago
