"Some degree of sacrifice has ever been associated with temple attendance. If you live within relatively close proximity to the temple, your sacrifice could be setting aside the time in your busy lives to visit the temple regularly. There is much to be done in our temples on behalf of those who wait beyond the veil. As we do the work for them, we will know that we have accomplished what they cannot do for themselves.

Our next opportunity to serve in the temple as a Ward will be Saturday, April 16, in conjunction with the Youth Temple trip.
The Youth will be participating in baptisms from 8:00 - 10:00 that morning. We will need 8 endowed Brethren and 3 endowed Sisters to support the Youth that day. The Stake has assigned us the 9:00 and 10:20 Endowment sessions. Any adults who are not needed to help with baptism as welcome to attend either Endowment session.
Those adults who help with baptisms are welcome to attend the 10:20 Endowment session afterward. Our Youth leaders will be coordinating times and rides, and there will more information forthcoming.
