Self-Defense Class

Detective Doug Henry’s self defense class starts THIS Tuesday, running on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00-8:00 pm. It’s a 4 week class (8 lessons) and costs $60 per person. You do not have to be a member of the gym to participate and they do have free childcare. They also encourage you to take the class with a spouse although this class is also focusing on girls getting ready to go off to college.
