Volunteer Opportunity at Elementary School

The CGE (Centerton Gamble Elementary) Winter Wonderland Workshop is this Friday! The kids are excited, Mrs. Walton has organized decorations made by the students, Santa is on his way, but we still need you.


Thank you to those of you who have already volunteered to assist with the event that will be held this Friday at CGE from 6-9 p.m. We'll be getting details out to you tomorrow.

Volunteers still needed
We are still in great need of volunteers to assist students at the craft tables from either 6-7:30 p.m. or 7:30-9 p.m. If you are available and can help, please respond to this e-mail as soon as possible and let us know the time slot you would like to volunteer. Every volunteer will receive one free meal.

Event details
Many students pre-ordered tickets, and we will have them available at a "will call" table at the door. If you did not pre-order, don't worry. You can still purchase as many tickets as you need to the night of the event. All crafts, meals (hot dog or chicken nuggets/strips, chips and a drink) and Santa photos are $2.50 each. There will also be a cookie decorating station for $1 per cookie.

In addition, we have approximately 10 merchants who will be at the event helping you take care of your holiday shopping. A minimum of 10% of all proceeds will be given to the PTO to benefit our students.
